For over thirty years, the family-run Tenuta Crocedimezzo and Crociona Estate has produced Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Rosso di Montalcino DOC, a limited quantity of extra-virgin olive oil, Grappa di Brunello and Rosolio from rose petals and, for about four years, a unique table wine called Crociato Nero which is aged for a further two years in barriques.

Our wines age and rest in our jewel of a cellar and are the source of great satisfaction shown by the enthusiastic support and words of appreciation from our dear clientele whom we personally deal with, without losing sight of the link between quality and price.

The estate has a large outdoor area and room for extra lodging (beyond the farm's needs), and, for this reason, in 1990, we discovered a new and exciting activity: farm holiday housing. This allows us to always be in contact with our friends and clients throughout the year.

In total, there are eleven apartments furnished with all the comforts of home. Seven are on the main estate and four are located at an annex called Villa del Fattore about 12km from Montalcino (near Sant'Antimo Abbey) in a little village of the post-unification era, right on the edge of the municipality where the landscape has remained untouched.

In both structures, there is ample outside space exclusively for the use of the guests, terraces, barbecue, beautiful views, reading and relaxing rooms, parking and a lot of peace and tranquillity.

Recently an archery range has been added to the Crociona. We also offer a private pool with a hot tub for six people and a room for tastings, gatherings, work meetings and a study (equipped with internet access, a projector for slides and computer presentations, overhead projector, etc.) which can be used for parties, conferences, practical and/or theoretical cooking classes and dinner theme parties entirely prepared with the freshest locally produced ingredients.

Our farm holiday complex has been awarded a rating of three "grains" for the completeness of its facilities, all the finishing touches and its setting, which we are very proud of.

At 150 meters from the medieval village where La Crociona Holiday Farm is situated, find itself the typical Osteria "La Crocina" (ran by another property), where our Guests can taste the best dishes of the typical tuscan cuisine.
